AdSense does not see the code

Hi, I’m new in this. I try to insert AdSense but after several trying AdSense keeps writing that it can’t find the code. I followed this guide to add AS code: https://adinserter.pro/documentation/adsense-ads#connect-your-site but without success so far and now they banned me for 24 hours to come back and try again later.
I’m not sure what I did wrong, I did every step described in that guide and also added your plugin as trusted in google account.
The only thing I’m thinking about is that I used SiteKit before and it added the code without problem, so maybe that old code still remains and interferes with the new one.
Can you help please?
