@hatherley Thanks for reporting. We’re currently investigating this issue, which you can find out more about below:
https://github.com/google/site-kit-wp/issues/1092
The notice is related to the AdSense module. While it doesn’t look like you’re using Site Kit to place ads can you check and confirm the dashboards work as expected with the AdSense module disconnected? (“Settings > Connected Services > AdSense > Edit > Disconnect”
I have same problem, still error after reconnected AdSense.
@akiradegawa thanks for your report. We’ll update the thread when the priority fix for the issue mentioned above is available.
Hi. I have the same problem, I get the same error code in Google Site Kit. I have uninstalled, removed and reinstalled, but the same error continues.
Also, this is affecting my visit count on my site that tracks analytics and Adsense earnings. Since only less than a quarter of what is normally registered in AdSense is registered with the same traffic in terms of earnings.
The url of my page is http://www.estoessinaloa.com
This error started from the beginning of last week with unusually low numbers when I was not yet updating. When doing the update the numbers of adsense and analitycs fell by the floors, as I exposed above.
Could you help me?
@shanneygastelum thanks also for your report. We are working on a priority fix for the issue. We’ll be updating this thread when it is available, but in the meantime you can follow this topic or open a new topic where we can work with your case specifically to ensure it is resolved. I currently see the the scripts correctly placed on your site, so it would be good for us to work with you directly as this has been reported as a display issue primarily.
@hatherley @akiradegawa Thanks for your patience on this issue. Can you update to the latest version of Site Kit (version 1.6.0), which features a fix for this error you’ve been encountering.
Please confirm that you no longer encounter the same dashboard error after updating?
@jamesosborne Thanks, it works now!
@akiradegawa Great, thanks for the update.
@hatherley Can you also confirm that you no longer see this error with the latest version of the plugin?
@hatherley I see you’ve updated to the new version. Could you let us know if the issue is resolved for you? Thank you!
@hatherley since we have not heard from you, I am marking your topic as resolved. Open a new topic if you have any further questions.
