I noticed, that no role which are created from the plugin which I use for membership control works. If I say: “Can download? No” it doesent´t work. I´m able to download with this roles if they are set to no download.

@svenrop, which membership plugin are you using?

Hi, I´m using Paid Membership Pro, this one: http://www.paidmembershipspro.com/

OK, thanks. That was the combination I wanted to use, so please let us know if you resolve the issue.

The problem is that the plugin owner doesn´t answer of any question, extremly bad support for free and paid user.

Have you tried via their contact page?

I’ve asked a couple of pre-sales questions and have received a reply within a short time. I haven’t purchased their plugins yet.

Or are you not getting support from PMPro?

Yes I did, because I´m having problems with the extension “Advanced Access Manager”. It doesn´t work correctly but no answer.
