Advanced Ads

Will the responsive ad plugin address our issue on the leaderboard/banner ad problem we have in mobile version? It doesn’t center when viewed using mobile or tablet. Currently, we have disabled the responsive state of our theme so that our mobile and desktop version is the same, since we want the ads placed in the sidebar appear at the right hand side (because if we turn on the responsive version, the sidebar will appear at the bottom of the posts, thus the ads will be at the bottom, which we do not like to happen). We want to have the same interface as http://www.brideandbreakfast.ph (in their mobile version) There are no dropdown menus (found in mobile versions of wordpress)
