advanced-cache.php file in wp-content directory

I am not using any other caching plugin on our site but still, I am getting a “Hummingbird detected an advanced-cache.php file in the wp-content directory. Please disable any other caching plugins in order to use Page Caching.” error on plugin caching tab.

Also, If I remove the advanced-cache.php file in a wp-content folder then after 2-3 day I am again showing this same error no caching tab.

@hardipparmar,

When you see this error next time, just open the advanced-cache.php and check the comments to see where it came from. It could be coming from your host.

it’s Zero 0kb file.

the file is blank.

If you disable Hummingbird page caching, does the file return? Or it stops reappearing?

When disabling Hummingbird page caching then it’s showing a 0KB file.

when a plugin is processing to clean up then it’s the file is 0kb created and the plugin has checked file is exist then 0kb file exists on a server If yes so showing an above error message on the screen.

Can you please try to manually copy the file from the plugin folder core/advanced-cache.php to wp-content?

I have deleted the 0kb file from the wp-content folder.
Once I am facing a 0kb file again then I will copy plugin file the wp-content folder.
