Advanced Custom Fields Alignment

Hi I am new at using ACF. I have followed Morten’s tutorial on Lynda.com for using it with a child theme of Simone. However, I cannot seem to get it to align properly on the actual post page. I have tweaked the padding, but it does nothing. Also, I am worried that if I change the padding it will affect how it displays on different devices. Link to post:
