DIV has the same seo effect as P and span.
Plugin uses all fonts which is set to your theme. If your theme supports Gutenberg and load fonts inside Editor (All Gutenberg optimized themes do this)
You can select Normal, Bold font weight without using Font selector. In All typography options you will find Letter options
