Advanced paging within a POST/PAGE

I’m looking for a plugin/functionality which allows me to:
– divide my pages/posts into parts, name them and generate sth like “contents” of the post with links to all the pages
– generate next/previous links with names (like Previous: Introduction >>, Next: Features), etc

Right now I only found how to divide posts/pages into parts with <!–nextpage–>, but of course it’s not enough and not to user-friendly for long articles.
