Does that plugin support custom post types?
If they do not, then it will not work with BD because it’s a custom post type as well. Their plugin must support CPT for them to be able to search our data.
Can you check that and report back?
in the admin panel of the search plugin, I can see business directory part and its categories and tags, but it doesn’t appear, and yes it support post type, but the reason why the advanced search of BD disappeared?!!
