And there’s a text about the Advanced Search Addon.

It is stated that it is in BETA.
When is it out of Beta?
Can we get the addon alone without getting the pro package?
If not, then what exact pro package is it?

It’s really only beta because it has no user interface for configuration; instead using a shortcode that can be complex to set up, especially if you are not familiar with how WP shortcodes work.

Correct, three is only one named the”Pro Pack”; this is the bundle that the beta can be requested.
