Advanced User Management in WordPress

Hello Everybody,

We launched a new project at work that essentially consists in giving consumers a chance to become tester for our new products.

It goes like this: one sign up on our dedicated website > fill up a survey > some will be selected and receive our products > finally they share opinions on our website

Now I installed Theme My Login to handle registration, login and account page. What I would like now is to find a way to:

1. Limit the survey to 1 per user. The survey is on Cognito Form and can be embedded So I was thinking of a “button” on the account page that goes “checked” once the survey is complete and stays inactive for that particular user.

2. Publish specific content visible only by those who have been selected to be tester, on their account page and other specific pages

3. Let authorized users comment and review pages/product

I’ve already checked a few solution but I would like to have your opinion to make the process as seamless and as simple as possible.
