Hi @ederdampfradio,
Thanks for reaching out!
As a first step, please make sure you are using the latest version of the plugin. You can download it from here and replace the current version.
If the problem persists, there are a few possible causes:
1) How the slider is delivered
How are you embedding the slider? via an Advanced Ads placement or using the shortcode?
- If you are using the shortcode, please make sure it is placed inside a Shortcode block, Custom HTML block, or HTML widget, not inside a regular text/paragraph widget.
- As a test, try delivering the slider through an Advanced Ads placement instead of the shortcode. If the issue only occurs when using the shortcode, it is likely that the block/widget processing the shortcode is modifying or escaping the output. In that case, I recommend either:
- Using the Advanced Ads widget directly, or
- Continuing with a placement instead of the shortcode.
2) Optimization or security plugins
Another common cause is optimization or security plugins that minify, merge or move JS, or sanitize or modify HTML output. Please temporarily disable any caching, optimization, or security plugins and test again. If the slider works afterward, you try to exclude Advanced Ads from those optimizations.
3) General conflict check
If none of the above resolves the issue, I recommend running a general conflict test as described in our documentation. This will help identify whether the problem is caused by your theme or another plugin.
Please let me know the results of these tests, and I’ll be happy to assist further.
Have a great day!
Best regards,
