Advice on Design Layout

Hi, Can the plugin work as filter engine only for woo commerce products, so we can have any design layout we need. We have products setup with data for each filter field, and onpage we have just 5 filters each with a Tick box. We want to maintain our design completely, but need the engine to run/filter it, our code currently is soo slow. Can either the free or paid do what we need.? Many thanks
