Advice on fixing this problem

I have this problem with my site with elementor standard

Anyone got any tips on how to fix it? It’s probably really simple to fix I’m pretty new to this software, so I’ve put it up here, it just removing a gap between two blocks which I have spent a few hours trying to figure out without any success
