Advice on plugin

    We are selling customised products. and because of that, we will like our process flow to be as follows:
    Customer add to cart and decided to checkout. On checkout, customer selects shipping option and payment option(either cash on delivery or paypal). Customer is then taken to a thank you page with the message that we will email customer within 2 working days on the shipping charges and total cost of the order. Outside of the online store – If customer accepts the shipping charges and the order, customer can click on the email link to pay.
    Is there any plugin that can do the above?
