    `Hello

    I am using Hubspot with WordPress plugin, we have the latest build 8.11.161

    On my website I have setup 2 forms
    – Pop up form
    – Regular form

    I am going google adwords to drive visitors to my website, a lead for me is when someone makes contact with me.

    When I login to adwords and run the conversion tool troubleshooter to test it works it shows “this conversion action wasn’t detected” after I have filled out the regular form / popup form.

    Hi @cyberhostpro , Thanks for your message

    Once you fill the forms those test contacts appear at you contacts table at hubspot?

    I am not so sure how can we help you with google adwords. I would suggest taking a look if they are not filtering admin users by default, maybe going into a Incognito tab or another browser can solve this issue.

    Thanks for replying!

    I did already try the private browsing and it didn’t help 🙁

    I’m going to try and arrange a “technical install call” with adwords team to see if they can do something to help.
