AE post theme compatibility issu

I have a blog using AE to create a layout for each blog post, problem is unlike regular pages elementor wouldn’t work at all with these posts unless the post used an elementor canvas as a template. The issue with this is I want to use my themes header. When in the AE Template preview of the layout i’ve made it shows the header and post is compatible but when it’s actually posted it doesn’t work.

I’ve tried the Fullwidth Templates for Any Theme & Page Builder to see if those templates would make the elementor compatible with the page, but elementor doesn’t load with this either.

If anyone has any information on how to resolve this issue it’d be much appreciated.
