Thank you for this great plugin! 5 stars voted :D.

My worry is is there any effect on web performance, bad effect… (speed/SEO) by using this plugin instead of WP default permanlinks?

As per my knowledge, there is NO performance or any other issue with it. This plugin allows you to apply different structure of Permalinks to your PostType and it doesn’t have any affect on Speed and SEO.

It modifies by Query.
