Affiliate Missing Payout Email

    Hello –

    We are trying to pay an affiliate and keep getting the below error:

    How do we get the payment email added to their account? I am not seeing anywhere for an affiliate to adjust this from my test account.

    Hey @hnh2235,

    Thank you for reaching out! The Payment Email field is added by default to the affiliate registration form and is also present in the affiliate’s account settings tab. This field is needed to process payouts and affiliates do need to complete it.

    If you’re not seeing the field, please check if you have the “Custom Affiliate Fields” add-on enabled. I’m guessing that you may have this add-on enabled. If you do, please make sure you have the field added in SliceWP > Settings > Affiliate Fields. Once you have the field in the list, affiliates will be able to complete it. You will also be able to complete the field for them from the affiliate’s edit page.
