Hey @christiecardoso,
Thank you for reaching out! From inspecting your website, it seems like you’re not using any of the eCommerce plugins that we integrate with (the ones showcased here: https://slicewp.com/#integrations).
It looks like you’re using another payment processor method, that we don’t integrate with.
If this is correct, then this is why SliceWP isn’t working. We currently integrate with a handful of WordPress eCommerce plugins.
If you’re using another plugin/system, that we do not integrate with, SliceWP will not work. If this is the case, I’m afraid that I cannot recommend SliceWP for your business.
Thank you and best wishes,
Mihai
I use Woocoomer, but the services page I showed you, a form appears, after filling it out it is directed to Paypal. Could you put the direct paypal link?
Good morning, I’m putting the service as a product on woocommerce, I’m going to test it to see if it works, but I need a form with the data of the person who will subscribe to the service to have control, how can I solve this?
This is the service page, on woocommerce.

Hey @christiecardoso,
I’m afraid that we do not track direct PayPal links. We only integrate with the eCommerce plugins listed here: https://slicewp.com/#integrations
But I need a form with the data of the person who will subscribe to the service to have control, how can I solve this?
I’m afraid that I cannot help you with this. A plugin that adds fields to WooCommerce checkout may be what you’re looking for, but I cannot be certain.
Thank you and best wishes,
Mihai
Hey @iovamihai
I made some modifications, added the service as a product in woocommerce, but for some reason the purchase of the service was rejected, payment was made with PayPal, could you help me with this?

Hey @christiecardoso,
Did you set the order’s status to refunded or failed? If so, you may have the “Reject Commissions on Refund” option enabled, in SliceWP > Settings > General (tab) > Commissions Settings (section).
With this option enabled, failed or refunded orders will reject the commission automatically.
Thank you and best wishes,
Mihai
Hey, @iovamihai
it is not enabled, this is my configuration.

I went to the Reference link and did the authentication manually, is this supposed to be done like this? Or would the payment have to be made as soon as it is paid on PayPal?

Hey @christiecardoso,
I went to the Reference link and did the authentication manually, is this supposed to be done like this?
The commission is tied to the order in WooCommerce. When a new referred order is created, a commission with the “pending” status is created as well.
When this order’s status is changed to “processing” or “complete”, the status of the commission attached to the order will be changed to “unpaid”.
This is automatic behavior.
Please note that if you change the commission’s status to “paid”, this will only change the status, it will not trigger a payment to your affiliate.
To pay affiliates, you will have to use the payouts system. Please read these guides to learn more about paying your affiliates: https://slicewp.com/docs/paying-your-affiliates/
I recommend you to attempt a new order and see how the status of the order in WooCommerce is changing and how the attached commission’s status changes in correlation to the order’s status.
Thank you and best wishes,
Mihai
