Affiliates Login Problem

The problem I have been having is after an affiliate creates an account. What happens is whenever an affiliate goes onto the affiliate login page, they are redirected to the wordpress login page. From here they are able to log into wordpress as they have an affiliate account but they do not see anything other than the site itself.

Now I read on a few support forums that uninstalling and reinstalling the WP Affiliates Manager plugin will fix the issue. Upon doing this, I tried to login as an affiliate and it worked! I thought this was all fixed, however when I logged out and tried to log back in I was faced with the same problem as before and taken to the login page.
After some experimentation, I realised that every time I uninstall and reinstall the plugin, I am able to login to the affiliate panel just once and every attempt to login following this will result in being redirected to the wordpress login page.

Can I get some help with solving this, please?

Also, I don’t know how to find the ‘affiliates dashboard’ that I keep seeing being mentioned on other support forums. This isn’t a problem if the main issue I addressed above becomes resolved but it would be nice to know!
