Affilinet advert error

Any advice or help the following problem would be appreciated. I’ve activated the Affiliate plugin yet when I ad an advert container either as a widget or inline with my articles I only get the affilinet logo? I checked chrome and it came back with the following error.

Has anyone had this problem as it seems something is blocking the code.
