After upload on new server, plugin not working

    Hello, i have uploaded my wordpress blog with a working video thumbnails plugin to an new server. Now i have the Problem, the plugin do not download the thumbnails. I have check the File and Folder Permissions CHMOD=755/644 and all files/folders have the correct owner/group.
    I don´t know what´s the Problem. Need´s the Plugin special PHP settings or modules?
