il bordo giallo intorno alle immagini si vede soltanto nella visualizzazione da amministratore. questo è normale. prova ad entrare nel sito come visitatore (magari usando chrome – navigazione in incognito) e controlla 😉

As @shopdeiregali suggested this is a feature from Smush that shows you (only you, administrator of the site) which images are too big in their containers.
That option is ” Detect and show incorrectly sized images ” https://screenshots.firefox.com/aQfXNx86b5K5d9lV/bastetmilo.pl
You can disable it or fix those images by replacing them with smaller sizes.
