I understood the issue you are talking about. The Templates of the ShopEngine are completely dependent on the default WooCommerce Pages and their Shortcodes. If the default pages get modified somehow or they are deleted, the related Template will not work. So, first thing, you need to make sure that you haven’t modified the default WooCommerce pages. If any of the Page is modified, then kindly delete that page completely and generate the default page by navigating to WooCommerce > Status > Tools => Create Pages. Hopefully, The issue will be resolved right after that.

I indeed have similar problems.
I have 2 product pages : one simple type and one variable type.
But in element shop engine, I can only modify template for simple type. But the variable type doesn’t change.
Can you help ?
