    After each export disk size approx. get double.
    I deleted the export file and also deleted it from the trash.
    But still showing double disk space

    You might have an error log or cache somewhere that keeps adding everytime that you use the website.

    which folder?

    You will start from the root folder and navigate to wp-content.
