After form is filled out… error ?

    While I do receive the info that has been filled in, I dont know what caused this but now after filling in the form and sending, rather than it showing any message there one line across the screen showing some code.

    Hi,

    Please enable koad wp_head and wp_footer options from right options panel and save the page. Let me know if it fixes the problem ir not
