After install/activation crash

    Activated this plugin through wp-admin Dashboard and the whole admin dashboard turned blank and unresponsive. Cannot do anything else, all white screens. What can I do? I tried logging out and back in, without success. Tried a different browser, no success. How can I resolve this crash?

    I having the exact same issue. Nothing in the error logs that seems to identify the issue. It installed without issue on my local environment, but out on my production server everything goes blank upon activation.

    Is there some way to resolve this?

    WSOD results due to PHP errors in WP. Turn on WP Debug and check for errors.

    I turned on WP Debug, but it still loads a blank page with no error output. It seems like the error occurs when /wp-content/plugins/simple-subscribe/libs/SimpleSubscribe/Forms.php is loaded.

    forms.php uses Nette framework which might conflict with server configuration. check error logs in your root directory and also inside simple-subscribe plugin directory
