Do you have seamless mode on? Do you still have the issue when you disable seamless mode?
I’m not familiar with WooCommerce. Could you please explain by what you mean by the default sorting.

Hi,
Thanks for clarifying. I’m not sure as to why the sorting wouldn’t work because Better Search shouldn’t kick in on the shop page.
On your site, can you please check the source of the page and let me know what references you have to better search in there?
On the seamless mode, does it work if you turn it off temporarily? I just want to elimate if that is the issue.

Could you please confirm:
1. What references do you see of Better Search in the source of your page where you have the shop. The link you posted above is from WooThemes and not your site and they don’t have my plugin running
2. What happens when you turn seamless mode off? Does it still cause an issue.
3. What happens when you deactivate Better Search? Does the sorting work?
