After launching install.php, I get error message Parse error: syntax error.

    Hello!
    After launching install.php, I get the following error message:
    Parse error: syntax error, unexpected ‘.’, expecting ‘&’ or T_VARIABLE in /mnt/www/data/szlavika/www/wp-includes/functions.php on line 1086
    I am not good in programming.
