• Hello, several customers have reported being unable to add products to their shopping carts. After adding products and clicking to enter the cart, the cart appears empty.

    However, this is an occasional issue; some customers can place orders normally, while others cannot.

    One customer said they couldn’t add products at all, and we suggested they register and log in to our website. Before logging in, they couldn’t add products to their cart normally.

    If you are using AJAX add to cart on your site, you can kindly install this plugin to help with it: https://ww.wp.xz.cn/plugins/wpc-ajax-add-to-cart/

    If that doesn’t help, possibly something is interfering with our plugin on your site. You can further debug by disabling all other plugins, only keep WooCommerce and our plugin to check. Then reactivate others one by one to find the source of the conflict. Doing this helps many of our users to solve this issue before.
