After Submiting Form Error

    I have created a form and it had been okay since last week.
    My customers tried to submit the form but it popped up ‘HTTP ERROR 500’ and they didn’t get the confirmation e-mail.

    I have checked the entries. All data came in as usual but it said error on customers’ computers.
    I don’t know what’s wrong with the form.

    Hello,

    This is typically a server or misconfiguration error. The first think I would check is the php version you are running and make sure you are running 5.4 or better. Other than that, you might check for conflicts with the theme or another plugin.
