• After an update (either of estore or wordpress or woocommerce) i lost all custom css, which i had as far as i know in the custom css space of the theme customizer within woocommerce.

I was on holiday so it may have been a couple days or more. The problem is if i revert to old copy of the site (which is difficult, a running webstore), both for files and database i do get the custom CSS visible. However, even with the old database and files the moment i log in to woocommerce with the admin account and check custom css then it’s gone. And when i revisit the site (on any device) the custom css isn’t visble anymore either.

The only way i can think of to solve would be to find the custom css in the database and copy it some way so i can insert it myself in the new version under custom css or in the child theme css file itself.

i cannot seem to find the spot where it would be located and how i could retreive the css info, it would be of great help if you could help me with this – the site is up and running still but there are some small customizations that are quite dearly missed and even though i have lots of backups, as explained i cannot seem to fix it just by going back to a backup point. i hope there is a way to retreive it and then revert the backup to current and insert whatever css i need.

I’m not sure when it happened and there have been updates, but i now have wordpress 5.4, estore 1.4.7 (this was i think 1.4.5 or .6), running total cache w3 but also disabled it
