After Update Sidebar Widget broken

    After the update, my entire page shows in the sidebar subscription widget. This happens when using the shortcode or the widget.

    My plugin got updated just now. However, post update, I am unable to see ‘Email Subscribers’ widget on my sidebar and Footer.
    I am also observing a statement that reads:

    Email Subscribers data update – Your database is being updated in the background. Taking a while? Click here to run it now.

    Can someone please help me out?

    P.S. – I am currently using ‘Baskerville’ theme for my WP blog.

    I really want to get this plugin working back for both my Sidebar and Footer.

    4.0 seems to have broken my email subscription… was working fine until today when I updated and now no email going out ‘again!’

    Hi All,

    Have you tried with Email Subscriber 4.0.1.
    We have fixed widget related issue in the latest version of Email Subscribers.
    Try and let us know how it goes?
