after update theme, widgets disappeared

    Hello.

    I have update my theme to the new vs. then my theme widgets disappeared.
    that’s not the problem, the problem is that i can’t import them anymore…
    It says: The site is not compatible with this widget
    I tried to deactivate others plugins but still same point.
    Any help will be appreciated.

    Hello,

    The .wie file probably contains settings for a widget that is not being provided by your theme or plugins. Check that your theme does still provide this widget or if it was plugin-provided, check that the plugin is active.

    Seems that the new theme version is not supporting the old widgets.
