After update to 3.2.1, admin navigation does not work

I just updated WP to 3.2.1. Now the the navigation on the left hand side is stuck in minimized mode. When I click the little arrow to expand, nothing happens. When I hover over the navigation, none of the previous options appear anymore.

This also happens when I click on the Screen Options button and the Help button.
