    Hi there!

Love your slider plugin, it is great!
Yesterday I’ve created a lot of great sliders and they are working like a charm.

Today the Redux plugin (required for my theme) told me it needed an update to version 4.3.15.
So I did update this plugin.

But now Depicter is generating a fatal exeption and wp-admin is not acceccable anymore.
When I rename the depicter folder in the plugin folder via FTP. Everything is fine, but now I don’t have those sliders. ;-(
As soon as I enable the Depicter plugin, WordPress is crashing.

I have WP 6.0, PHP 7.2.24 <- stuck with this version…. so can not change this.

What can I do to make Depicter work again?

    No problem.
I am using the basic installation of the Con Arch theme.

I’ve contacted them too. But they do not have a solution.

I’ve just installed your update btw. Version 1.1.2.
But it is still crashing the complete WP site.

This all was working perfectly before. Love the plugin btw.
But after installing Redux Framework 4.3.15 it stopped.
Removing Redux does not fix it btw.

    Hi.
We tested this and did not notice any problems between Decpiter and the Redux plugin. This can be a particular case and maybe there is something that can be investigated only on your website.
And because you are getting a fatal error, reviewing the error messages can help us find the source of the problem. I encourage you to contact our help center and submit a ticket. since you can provide some more details about your issue there and only our agent can see your details. Or you can check the generated log file and find any PHP Fatal error and share it here.

So please share your fatal error here, or use the live chat on our Depicter website and send a ticket from there https://depicter.com/

    I’ve solved it.
I did remove Depicter completely first.
And did a complete new installation.

    And everything works now…
Thanks for your help in this.
