After updating WordPress version, the plugin filter function does not work.

After updating WordPress 6.8.3, category/tag filter drop down function does not work anymore. It show list of categories or tags and they are not clickable

I tried to deactivate all other plugins and changed to WordPress default theme and browser cache was cleared. But the problem still exists.
I have another website which is 90% similar to this one. It wasn’t updated the plugins and WordPress core nor added new ones for about 4-5 months. I tested there and wolf work well so I tried to update WordPress and the wolf drop down filter function was gone.
But filter function is still working and categories are still selectable. Just drop down and pre selelected function are gone. So as you said, it might be js or css problem. But I still don’t know where is the problem. Also, Bear the product bulk editor was facing the same problem.
Anyway, thank you for your help, Sir! Although I have to do extra effort, it is still working for me. So I will search the culprit later.
