after upgrading, problems occurred

After upgrading to 4.5.1, I found there’s a few problems on my website.
1. Non of my popup plugin works, I tried the one I had which worked before the upgrade and also download a new one, but none of it works.
2. Some photos on my home page disappeared.
3. On this page http://www.rhauthentication.com/?page_id=17592&lang=zh_HK , there’s supposed to be 4 tabs, when you click on it, it expands, non of it is shown except for the heading, there’s no content when visited on a PC, however, when I visit this page on a mobile, it showed me all the text without the need of clicking into the tab. This is urgent, as our website is visited regularly by customers. Thanks for your time, Stephen
