After WordPress upgraded URL are broken

Hi,

I don’t known, but one day, after doing an upgrade of WordPress, my url have been broken.

I use url like :
http://www.mydomain.com/blog/* for english blog
http://www.mydomain.com/fr/blog/* for french blog

In my WordPress site, Settings/Permalinks I use custom structure : “/blog/%category%/%postname%/”

When I’m on a french post, the english link is like http://www.mydomain.com/*
When I’m on an english post, the french link is like http://www.mydomain.com/fr/*

The word “/blog/” is always missing and I don’t know why.

Can you help me ?
