After wrong URL change the admin panel has a wrong redirection

Hello,
I’ve tried to migrate to an other domain. And the first one what i did was wrong URL changing (both site url and home url) in wp-admin panel.
Right now my site works on an old URL (http://kolo-ciebie.pl) but every link redirect to wrong url. So when i wan’t to login from /wp-admin it redirect me to the other site (http://elwiralitra.com/wp-login.php?redirect_to=http%3A%2F%2Fkolo-ciebie.pl%2Fwp-admin%2F&reauth=1). I can try login like (http://kolo-ciebie.pl/wp-login.php) but the “login” button under password will redirect me wrong.

This is how it looks now.

I have backup of my site, but not my database.
I was using this -> https://codex.ww.wp.xz.cn/Changing_The_Site_URL, and it didn’t works, even with other URL i haven’t see any change.
My database is configured correctly (like wp-options, wp-posts), i was using sql, and in my database this WRONG URL doesn’t exist.

Right now i want to repair my mistake with changing URL in my admin panel, but i can’t see any file which has this wrong URL inside.
