I agree with you that this is becoming pretty annoying, as it’s the 3rd false positive in few weeks.
I am going to contact the F-Secure once more, hoping they will fix it definitely.

I got the following reply from F-Secure:
We will fix those detections. At the same time we will whitelist all the files so that it will not cause any fp in future. Apologize for the problem.
I hope this is getting definitely resolved shortly.
