Sometime in the last two weeks or so the age verification stopped working on our site. It is set to use the JavaScript Age Gate by default. I have cleared the cache and attempted some trouble shooting, but nothing I do seems to affect it. It is urgent to get the age verification working. (FYI- I inherited management of this site so not sure what else I might be missing). Any/all help is appreciate.

Hi @2di4design,

Looks like this redirects (as 301) to shop.arcannausa.com, which as far as I can tell isn’t a WordPress site (possibly next/react?).

If you go to a sub page such as https://arcannausa.com/about-us/, age gate is present and correct

I’ll have to look into the site. It should take the visitor to a main page before going to the shopping page. I fear I inherited a headache.
