What version of the Ultimate member core you have installed?
Please make sure to update to the latest 2.1.9 version.
If you have any caching plugins or server-side caching, please exclude Ultimate member pages from the cache, e.g. members pages should be excluded.

There are not plugins except ultiamte member, I also tested with default theme and only ultiamte member itself.

Will I loose any data if I use Custom Table meta data?
I just tested with my local server using the above option, it looks fine with age filter, can you conform me that any thing will be lost in live production site, because I use Multinetwork sites there are 1000 of users in my site.

When you use the Custom Table metadata there will be the duplicates of the WP native usermeta table. Custom Table metadata include all metadata which we use in Ultimate Member. We recommend using the Custom Table metadata in cases when your hosting locks WP native queries (a lot of the filters, search)
