Without knowing the full details it’s hard to say, but is the site cached in anyway? Does the source match the URL you want to redirect?

site is not using caching (besides wprocket for some files). I cleare that cache, server as well and still same result, it says the redirect is not being used.
It was the hosting provider who asked me to contact th redirect support.

So you seem to have quite a lot of redirects. Is there any other redirect that may be blocking this one working? Do you have other plugins that could interfere?
If you say that your other redirects are working but this one isn’t then the most likely causes are:
– something somewhere is cached and you are seeing the cached version of the page
– the redirect isn’t matching. Maybe there is an accent on one of the characters
– something else is interfering with the plugin so it can’t perform the redirect
I note you are using WP Engine and that often does cache things. When you use a redirect that works, does it show up in the redirect logs?
yes, normally all redirects show up, and work, this is so far the only one where the redirect is not being taken into account.
another plugin creating redirects is yoast, but when i try and test the redirect on redirect testing sites, i cannot see any, just the common notice that the page was found with code 200
Sure, the built-in redirect checker will work exactly the same as any other similar service.
