    I’ve added a couple of agent only fields. However, inside an individual ticket I do not see them anywhere. Where are they supposed to be?

    Hello,

    The agentonly fields will be visible in Agentonly Fields widget. If the widget is not visible then please go to Support > Settings > Open Ticket Widget and edit “Agentonly Fields” widget and allow visibility to your role.
