As Wp-Cron regenerates a feed in a single event, 256MB memory limit is not sufficient for more than 1k items. So, I would suggest you to increase the Php Memory limit to 1GB also, increase the Max execution time to 300 or more and then follow the below two steps to create a new event –
- Disable auto update of the feeds and regenerate them one by one manually.
- Enable auto update and regenerate the feed again. Doing this will create a new event.
