When turning off Aggregate CSS-files? or deactivating this plugin the site style break, how do I deactivate and delete this plugin.

you’ll probably have to clear your page cache (W3TC and maybe one at host level too) after making such changes Sebastian, if not the cached HTML contains references to autoptimzed resources that are no longer there.
