While there isn’t a direct solution for that at the moment, a practical workaround is to connect your AI Agent with file storage services such as Box, Dropbox, or Google Drive. This allows users to upload files and automatically save them to the storage platform you choose to integrate. For example, you can connect your AI Agent to Box by following the video tutorial here. Once the files are uploaded to Box, you can simply log in to your Box account, locate the uploaded files, and then share or forward them to an email address as needed.
Alternatively, you can create a file upload form in Jotform. We have a guide here explaining how to do that. After that, you can link that file upload form into your AI Agent as explained in this guide. This method enables you to automatically send the uploaded files once the form is submitted to the email address specified as the recipient email in your form notification.
