Hello ,i’m having problems using o1 model in AI Engine, either on Chatbot or Playground , all other models like 4o etc are working except o1 model. My API key is good and all models work except o1 model from openai . I`ve checked directly on openai API Playground , o1 works great so i think problem is with the plugin itself and o1 model.

This is a message i recieve when i try send something either trough chatbot or Playground when o1 model is selected:

Received the ‘API URL was not found’ error from OpenAI. This actually means that your OpenAI account has not been enabled for the Chat API. You need to either add some credits to OpenAI account, or link a credit card to it.

But thats nonsense coz everything else works…

Can someone plz help , my Openai API is good , i have credits on openai api , credit card linked also, so its not the problem that it says it is , because other openai models are working in AI engine plugin,

    Any solution?

I’m using free version just for testing, so far is good , thinking about Pro, but this really gives me a problem if o1 is not supportet, bcz 4o model is no good for anything serious other than chatting and maybe asking , my dear gpt 4 , can you please give me a recipe to make a toast and please guide me trought the whole process, thank you! 🙂 🙂

    Thnx everyone ,

    Marko

    Hey @matotalno! 👋

This issue typically occurs when your OpenAI account doesn’t have access to the model you’re trying to use. This could be due to your account being too new or insufficient funds. If the Playground works, the plugin should work as well. Ensure you’re using the correct API key and verify that the error message isn’t a cached response from your server by temporarily disabling any caching or optimization plugins. If the issue persists, you can manually call the API endpoint to check if you get the same response. Hope this helps!
